EastWest Therapies - Therapeutic Bodywork & Energy Healing

I feel we are fortunate to live in a time where there are many options to choose from for our health care and maintenance. The styles of bodywork presented here are healing tools, some with ancient origins, which can, when integrated into one's life, complement your existing health care regime. These modalities have been carried on through the ages to modern time because they work; at times solving health issues where nothing else can.

I blend eastern styles of bodywork and their inseparable philosophy with our western lifestyle in order to educate people as to the effectiveness of these wonderful arts and facilitate healing in a comfortable, professional environment. It is hard to say on what level this will occur, for some it is physical, others emotional or spiritual. In any case most people experience pleasant results and a general increase in the quality of their life.

Kate Reed, LMT, has been sharing my office space for a few months now. Kate practices Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage as well as Reiki. She is a delightful woman and gives a great massage.

Just a note about our office location- Many people see our Danbury address and think we are far away. We are on the south side of the city near the Redding border, about twenty minutes from Wilton and less than that from Redding/Ridgefield. Deer Hill Avenue is a beautiful, historic road with lovely Victorian homes and offices. You should see it in Spring, the flowering trees are amazing!
